Her strengths as a practitioner include empathy, genuineness, and unconditional regard for all people and all cultures. These traits help her in building a strong therapeutic alliance and a safe therapeutic environment in which she encourages self-awareness, self-empowerment and self-acceptance.
Rachel works with people who are struggling with a broad range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief and low self-esteem. By helping them acquire a new perspective and by building on their personal strengths, she guides them to greater peace and contentment while encouraging them to be the author of their own lives.

mind-body awareness/meditation practices, self-compassion, spirituality/eastern religion, diverse cultures, international volunteer experience, racial and social justice, earthing, forest bathing, and having the courage to be imperfect.
